Emma brings experience in service management, government funding agreements and Human Resource Management, within the context of not-for-profit organisations. She has held previous management roles with responsibilities in ascertaining, negotiating and managing government funding agreements, both state and federal; the development and management of service/program and organisational budgets; coordinating staff and HRM processes. Her experience ranges from working within smaller organisations of less than 7 employees to 200+ employees; and regionally south from Sarina across to the Lower Gulf, these settings supporting the development of her adaptable skills. With a background in Community Services, Disabilities and Mental Health sectors, Emma also has experience in the National Disability Insurance Scheme and fee-for-service structure to draw on.
Emma is currently studying a Bachelor of Business with an Accounting major at James Cook University.
