If you don’t have any HR policies, we have a suite of policies that can be adapted to suit your needs. We keep up to date regarding any changes to HR rules and regulations through our CCIQ membership, various workplace bulletins regular HR training. We update your HR policies at least every two years and when changes are required we will communicate those changes to you and your staff.
We can tailor the HR reports that you need, but generally they would include reports on HR changes, details of leave liabilities and trend graphs on employment costs.
We can tailor an induction package to suit you. This could include an online induction system with a video welcome message from the CEO, some basic online training (WHS and systems) and some online payroll forms. We believe in creating systems that reduce the workload whilst still having that personal touch.
